Not true. A light will follow an object's translations only. In a
displacement, the object is not actually moving. It's points are. The
best you could hope for now is to parent the light to a null and give the
null the exact same bone structure as the object. this would give you the
apparent marriage of the light to the object. Of course, if you have many
lights, this solution quickly becomes tedious and impractical.
